NextBody™ places particular importance on protecting its users' privacy. DATA COLLECTED — Profile information provided by the user (age, weight, height, goals) · Data related to the use of the application · Photos voluntarily sent by the user (AI Photo feature) · Anonymous technical data (crash, performance, diagnostics). USE — Data is used only to: provide personalised sport and nutrition programmes, improve the user experience, generate analyses via artificial intelligence systems, ensure customer support. SHARING — NextBody™ does not sell any personal data. Some data may be processed by third-party services strictly necessary for the application to operate (AI services, Firebase hosting, Apple/Google payment). SECURITY — Technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against any unauthorised access. YOUR RIGHTS — In accordance with applicable regulations, you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to support@omnixapps.com.

If you turn on health integration, NextBody only READS: your weight, step count, sleep, heart rate and active calories. NextBody never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect. The data stays on your device — only aggregated values (today's weight, today's steps) are synced to Firestore to feed your tracking. You can revoke access anytime from iOS Settings > Health or Android Settings > Health Connect.

During a run, NextBody collects your GPS position continuously (including in the background with the screen locked) to record the track, distance, pace and calories. Tracks are stored in your Firestore space `runs/{runId}` and are never public by default. You can stop tracking anytime via the Stop button — collection stops immediately.

Two distinct flows use our AI server (`nextbody-server.onrender.com`): CONVERSATIONAL COACH + PROACTIVE NOTIFICATIONS — send your Firebase user ID, language, text message and a JSON snapshot of your recent activity (number of sessions, streak, recent weight, runs, average RPE). No photo is sent in this flow. AI PHOTO FEATURE — when you voluntarily scan a meal or analyse a progress photo, the image is sent to our AI server for processing (dish recognition + macro estimate, or progress comparison). The image is not retained after processing and is never used to train a model. If you disable all notifications, never use the coach and never trigger an AI Photo scan, nothing is sent to that server.

NextBody uses your camera to: scan food product barcodes (OpenFoodFacts), photograph your meals (local macro analysis) and capture your progress photos. Progress photos are encrypted and stored in Firebase Storage under `users/{your-uid}/body_photos/`. They are only visible to you, unless you explicitly share a session on the social feed. Permanent deletion is available from the app.

You can sign in with email + password, with an email OTP code (via Brevo), with Google Sign-In or with Sign in with Apple. Account deletion is instant from Account > Delete account: we delete your Firebase Auth account, all your Firestore data (profile, workouts, runs, photos, measurements, nutrition, transactions), your Storage files and your local preferences. No residual backup.

NextBody offers a Premium monthly (`premium_monthly`) and yearly subscription (`premium_yearly` on iOS / base plans `elite-monthly` and `elite-yearly` on Android). The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24h before the current period ends, from your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payment is billed to your Apple/Google account. No direct refunds from OmniX AI — requests go through Apple (reportproblem.apple.com) or Google (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Once cancelled, Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

NextBody uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send: (1) daily reminder of tomorrow's scheduled training (8 pm Europe/Paris), (2) weekly summary on Sunday evening (8 pm), (3) proactive AI coach message if you haven't opened the app for 24h (6 pm). Categories: training, nutrition, water, tracking, vision, coach. Each category can be disabled individually from Settings > Notifications. You can also turn everything off with a single switch.

NextBody™ uses artificial intelligence systems to provide personalised recommendations on sport, wellness and nutrition. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or treatment in any way. The NextBody™ application does not replace a healthcare professional, a doctor, a nutritionist or a qualified coach. The user is solely responsible for the use of the information provided by the app. In case of doubt or any particular medical condition, it is recommended to consult a qualified healthcare professional before any sports practice or dietary change.

NextBody is a proprietary OmniX AI app distributed on the App Store and Google Play. Source code is not public. Third-party components: Flutter (BSD-3-Clause), Firebase Auth/Firestore/Storage/Messaging/Functions/Analytics (Google, under Firebase terms), Google Sign-In (Google), Sign in with Apple (Apple), in_app_purchase (Flutter team), Apple Health / Health Connect (Apple / Google), Brevo (OTP email delivery — under Brevo terms), OpenFoodFacts (public food database). Full Dart dependency notices are available from the About screen in the app.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NextBody™ mobile application, published by NextBody™. By using the application, the user acknowledges having read and accepting these Terms without reservation. PURPOSE — NextBody™ is a sport, wellness and nutrition application using artificial intelligence systems to provide personalised recommendations adapted to the user's profile and goals. ACCESS — The application is freely accessible with basic features. Some advanced features may be offered via a NextBody™ Premium subscription. NextBody™ reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the application at any time. ACCOUNT & USE — The user undertakes to provide accurate information when using the application. Any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use may result in suspension or deletion of the account without notice. LIABILITY — The user is solely responsible for the use of the content provided, for their dietary choices, sports practices and the consequences of using the application. NextBody™ cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the application. SUBSCRIPTIONS — Premium subscriptions are offered through Google Play and the App Store. Payment, renewal and cancellation terms are managed by Google and Apple, in accordance with their own conditions. No refund may be claimed outside the rules of those platforms. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — All content within the application (text, programmes, algorithms, trademarks, visuals) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited. PERSONAL DATA — The collection and processing of personal data are described in the NextBody™ Privacy Policy (see the dedicated section above). CHANGES TO THE TERMS — NextBody™ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The user will be notified of updates via the application or on next use. GOVERNING LAW — These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute related to the use of the application shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable legislation.
