The context
Since WWDC 2026, Siri became a real conversational assistant driven by Apple Intelligence. iOS 27 brought rich Live Activities, programmable Dynamic Island, universal App Intents and a new interactive Widgets model. The result: what required six months of hacking in 2023 takes two weeks in native SwiftUI today.
The trap is that this power only reveals itself when the app is coded correctly. Most apps delivered by generic agencies still use UIKit with SwiftUI hacks on top, animations broken on iPhone Pro, Widgets crashing on every system update. The result: App Store rating drops, mass uninstalls, forced rewrite at 18 months.

We follow Apple's cadence: HIG design, early TestFlight prototype, continuous optimisation, accompanied submission. Kickoff 1-3 weeks after signing.
Product workshop, wireframes, HIG-aligned design system. High-fidelity Figma with specified animations (durations, easing). Validation on clickable Figma prototype.
Clean SwiftUI code, MVVM or TCA architecture by complexity. Continuous TestFlight builds — you test on your iPhone weekly. Unit tests on business logic, snapshot tests on views.
Instruments profiling (CPU, memory, battery, FPS). Tests on 5 different devices (iPhone SE → 17 Pro Max, iPad Pro). Full VoiceOver accessibility. Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, RTL languages if needed.
