How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
The subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NextBody → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NextBody → Cancel. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account and data?
From the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data is wiped from our servers within 30 days max (backups included).
Do you sell my data to third parties?
No, never. NextBody is GDPR-compliant from day one. No resale, no sharing for advertising. Full details in our privacy policy.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
Email us at support@omnixapps.com with: your device model (iPhone 14, Pixel 7…), the app version (Profile → About), a description of the issue and ideally a screenshot or screen recording.
The AI meal scan is sometimes wrong, is that normal?
The AI improves over time but is still imperfect on composite, homemade or poorly lit dishes. You can always correct the estimate manually — and every correction helps us train the model better.
Can I use NextBody offline?
Most features (workouts, recipes, nutrition log) work offline. The conversational AI coach and AI meal scan require a connection. Sync happens as soon as you're back online.
How do I change the app language?
Profile → Settings → Language. NextBody is available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, German and Arabic.
